The location was magnificent, within easy walking distance of a historic quarter. The people were superbly friendly and amazingly nice, will exceed the expectations. Loved king studio I booked, it was new-fashioned.

The position in the very center of Strasbourg; a posibility to make own meals in the hotel room.
The room is cleaned only once a week.

The location was great.. a 10 minute walk from the station, and 10 minutes to the cathedral. Plenty of shops and restaurants within a 5 minute walk. The apartment was very clean, with a good bathroom and a good size for 2 people. Decent TV, and good internet connection (ADSL). Breakfast wasn't bad, although a little pricey for what it was. (And there are several excellent patisseries just down the street which are better to go to!)
The bed was very hard, so I had a sore back after a few nights. It did get quite hot inside the apartment (no aircon), but as it was an exceptionally hot week, this is probably unusual. The staff were hard to get hold of - the reception wasn't open very often (However, they do email you all the codes needed to get in beforehand, so it's not really a problem). They also don't speak much English (although this is France - it's not uncommon!)

Location very good, and staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and quiet.
The bed was really uncomfortable, which was a major problem, particularly for more than one night.

The rooms are beautifully decorated and modern with double beds. Great location close to everything in the center and in a very quiet area. - Just a 15-minute walk to Ponts Couverts.

The staff was excellent and bilingual (English). The location was perfect for exploring the city.
They had no way for me to get my boarding passes in preparation for leaving. The shower was not fastened properly, making it difficult to use.

The location here is fantastic, being just a short walk from the tram stops and the train station, and we enjoyed spending our evenings at a nearby place called Coco Lobo, savoring drinks and the nice atmosphere.

My room included an electric kettle, a microwave oven and central heating. It had kitchenette too: )

Excellent parking facilities beneath the hotel - one of the reasons we chose this hotel. Location also excellent - very good transport connections and within walking distance of the cathedral. Room furnishings rather basic but we were pleased with tiny kitchen with hotplate and microwave - handy for teas/coffees. We would only recommend Kleber if there was a special price deal.
No air conditioning - lucky the weather wasn't too hot. Reception only available during weekdays - not at weekends and evennot during the evening. Absolute minimum skeleton staff - could be a risk for guests if something went wrong.

As it was European Parliament week, all the hotels were ridiculously expensive, so this was a good alternative. The price (comparatively speaking) was ok and the location is great. It is nice to have a little kitchenette with all necessary equipment.
It is more like student accomodation. The rooms do not get cleaned on a daily basis. Internet did not work properly. Overall the room is a bit dated and 'unfresh'. There was no shower curtain, so the shower flooded the room.

Good location near trams, shopping, and central train station. Wired internet was generally fast giving about 650KB/sec download. Excellent overall value with fridge for budget shopping for breakfast and evening meals. Efficient email organisation of coded door entry for late night Sunday check-in and retrieval of room key from coded boxes when reception is not attended.
A kettle would be nice. Bed OK, but is just an ugly old fold-out couch. The Ethernet cable supplied was only about 1m in length, about 3m would be appropriate for the room layout.
